Of course we're also calling for slam entrants - five minutes of fame and the chance of winning a bagful of Dónall's hand-picked Tiny Prizes! If you were there last month, you'll remember that nobody who read in the Slam left the place empty-handed and that's our promise on 9th September too. Bring your friends and relations and anyone who has a poem in them, and join in the fun! Sign up to read your poem by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or arrive before 7.15 on the night, to enter. Everyone will be appreciated - no pressure, just a good night out in a friendly pub!!
On Tuesday 16th September it's Pop Up at the Bar des Arts. We'll be there early in the evening to have photos taken by a press photographer from Trinity News, for a feature about the Pop Up Anthology which has its public launch on 30th September. If you have poems in the book, come and join the group to be photographed, at 7pm.
